Lam Dong Provincial Police are conducting training on investigating and resolving traffic accidents.

From October 27th to 31st, 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department, in coordination with the Traffic Police Department of the Ministry of Public Security, organized an intensive professional training course for traffic police officers throughout the province. Attending the opening ceremony were the leadership of the Traffic Police Department, representatives from various professional departments of the Provincial Police, commanders of teams and stations, along with 100 officers and soldiers from the Traffic Police Department.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Tiep, Head of the Traffic Police Department, delivered a speech at the training course.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Tiep, Head of the Traffic Police Department, emphasized: In the context of the still complex traffic safety situation, training and updating knowledge and skills for officers and soldiers directly involved in handling traffic accidents is an urgent requirement. The training course helps trainees understand legal regulations, new points in handling administrative violations, and the procedures for investigating and resolving traffic accidents.

During the training course, trainees received instruction from lecturers of the Traffic Police Department and legal experts on many key topics such as: the duties and powers of the force in accident investigation; procedures for collecting traces and evidence; skills in compiling reports and verifying the cause of the incident; methods of first aid for victims; and the work of examining the scene and vehicles involved in traffic accidents.

The program also includes practical exercises at simulated crime scenes, helping students hone their skills in handling real-life situations, from traffic management and scene protection to evidence collection and report writing.

At the end of the course, trainees will participate in an assessment and be awarded certificates. Through this training course, the Lam Dong Provincial Police Department continues to affirm its determination to build a professional, elite, and modern traffic police force, contributing to ensuring traffic safety and order, and serving the socio -economic development of the locality.
