At the meeting, the leaders of Da Nang city said that in recent times, they have proactively promoted many cooperation activities with the United Arab Emirates in investment promotion, marine space development and experience exchange.
In the coming time, we request the UAE to support connections with large corporations and investment funds to learn about and invest in the Free Trade Zone and International Financial Center in Da Nang; at the same time, we hope to cooperate in developing the field of logistics and international transportation, learning from the model of seaports and goods distribution centers of the UAE - an important trade hub of the MENA region.
The city proposed that the UAE support the construction of a technology park and innovation center, promote cooperation in AI, semiconductors, IoT, and big data, and coordinate the organization of activities to promote the investment, business, and tourism environment of Da Nang in the UAE.
Along with that, strengthen cooperation to develop the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang, including consulting on models from Dubai and ADGM, sharing operational experience, licensing mechanisms, management and attracting high-quality human resources.
At the meeting, senior leaders of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce pledged to support and create all favorable conditions to enhance development cooperation with Da Nang city; especially connecting and attracting the participation of corporations, businesses and banks in the International Financial Center in Da Nang.

Bybit informs about recent activities in Vietnam, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Da Nang City, plans to organize a VIP Gala, cooperation with Verichains in the field of blockchain security, and education and training programs related to Web3.
Bybit proposes to support the implementation of a sandbox model for a global centralized exchange within the framework of the International Financial Center in Da Nang.
