Vo Minh Luan was born in Vinh Long province but now his family has moved to Thanh Tri district ( Soc Trang ). Previously, his family did business and at times failed. Understanding his parents' difficulties, Minh Luan always had the awareness to be diligent and hard-working in studying, but in grade 12 he had to drop out of school to work to help his family. In 2023, Minh Luan was 23 years old, with his will to rise up, he returned to school. And he chose Soc Trang Vocational College to both study culture and learn a trade. Minh Luan said: "Currently, my family's economy is gradually stabilizing and opening a livestock farm. That is also the reason why I chose to study Veterinary Medicine. I go to school to have good knowledge to develop my family's economic model and also satisfy my passion for animals. In this environment, I practice regularly, my skills are improved every day and my expertise and knowledge are guaranteed."

As a class monitor and member of the Executive Committee of the Veterinary Vocational Youth Union, Minh Luan is always exemplary and has a sense of discipline and organization, and strictly follows the rules of the school and class. In particular, he always makes great efforts in studying to achieve the best results. Although his study time was interrupted and his knowledge was somewhat lost, with a spirit of progress, eagerness to learn and the enthusiastic support of his teachers, he quickly caught up with his studies and regained his knowledge, so that in the last grade of grade 12, Minh Luan graduated with honors. During his vocational training, to achieve good results in his studies, he paid attention to the teachers' lectures in class, consulted documents from many different sources, and tried to complete his assignments before the deadline. He actively wrote reports and represented the group and class to report the results to the lecturer. He was enthusiastic and energetic during practice hours to gain experience for his own professional skills. At the same time, actively participate in scientific research with subject lecturers; participate in supporting animal care work at the Veterinary Animal Husbandry Experimental Farm of the faculty... In the 2023-2024 school year, I was ranked excellent with a score of 3.83/4; ranked excellent in training with a score of 92/100.
In addition to his efforts in studying, Minh Luan is also a pioneer in the Youth Union movement activities. He regularly participates in and promotes and mobilizes union members and young people to participate in movements launched by the school's Youth Union such as: Supporting the exam season, Green Summer, January 9 sports festival, healthy youth festival, cultural and artistic programs organized by the school's Youth Union. He also actively participates in supporting the school and faculty's enrollment work, participates as a secretary for sports festivals, healthy youth festivals of the school's Youth Union; acts as an MC for cultural, artistic, activity and anniversary events organized by the school's Youth Union.
With his own efforts, in addition to good academic results, student Vo Minh Luan also achieved many remarkable achievements such as: Student 3 training at the provincial and central levels in the 2023 - 2024 school year (this is a Student 3 training movement designed by the Central Youth Union specifically for students in the intermediate training program at vocational education institutions); first prize in the Soc Trang provincial vocational skills competition in 2024; third prize in the startup idea competition among union members, youth, students in 2024; Healthy Youth in the 2023 - 2024 school year; second prize in the Hoa ethnic traditional costume contest in 2024...
Minh Luan shared that his plan after graduation is to continue his studies at university to become a teacher of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine. At the same time, he will apply his professional knowledge to develop his family's current livestock model. With a clear goal and strong determination, I believe that Vo Minh Luan, a student of Soc Trang Vocational College, will soon succeed in his choice.
