With the attention of the Ministry of Education and Training, departments and sponsors, "Intellectual House", Hoang Van Thu High School was built and put into operation from January 2024. This place has an airy space, with bookshelves equipped with nearly 10,000 books of various genres, serving the learning and entertainment needs of 1,007 teachers and students coming to study and research. In addition, the school has built 10 book directories, 12 book introduction videos; the library also set up a separate website to post information about the library's activities, "Intellectual House". |

The school has 4 computers connected to the Internet, with large TV screens. In addition, there are mobile bookcases, creating an open space in Building C, the green library. These locations are all decorated in a harmonious, reasonable, friendly way, attracting teachers and students to the "Intellectual House". The Youth Union organizes for young people to participate in the artistic book stacking competition on the occasion of "Vietnam Book Day April 21".
