Competition to learn about traffic safety laws and first aid skills in the community

On September 22, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Red Cross Society (RCS) coordinated with Phu Binh High School to organize a contest to learn about the Vietnam Red Cross Society, knowledge of traffic safety laws and first aid skills in the community in 2025.

Participating in the contest were 6 teams from different grades of Phu Binh High School competing in 3 categories: Greeting; Theory Competition; First Aid Skills. The competitions were exciting and interesting, creating a useful playground for students.

In particular, the content of first aid practice for traffic accident victims is directly practiced by students in bandaging wounds, fixing broken bones and calling for emergency services according to the correct procedure, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to respond when an emergency situation occurs.

The contest is a practical activity to educate the nation's tradition of humanity, equip basic knowledge about the activities of the Red Cross Society; raise awareness, understanding, and sense of responsibility for cadres, teachers, Red Cross volunteers and students in complying with the law, ensuring order, safety and culture when participating in traffic.
