In implementing Guidance Document No. 22 of 2026 from the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the theme "Promoting the cultural strength of the people of Dong Thap; upholding the responsibility of cadres and Party members, building a culture of integrity according to the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh," the Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward focused on leading and directing the widespread implementation throughout the Party organization and the people, creating positive changes in studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings.

The Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee has issued a plan for implementing the guidelines for 2026 to all subordinate Party branches, cadres, Party members, and the people in the area. The dissemination and study of the guidelines have been organized seriously with many diverse forms.

Comrade Pham The Vinh, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, took a commemorative photo with the Organizing Committee and contestants participating in the final round of the "Excellent Propagandist Telling Stories about President Ho Chi Minh" competition in 2026.

The entire ward organized 27 study sessions on following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style in 2026, with the participation of 443 out of 455 Party members, achieving over 97%.

The content focuses on promoting the cultural strengths of the people of Dong Thap , building a culture of integrity, enhancing the exemplary role of officials and Party members, and their responsibility in performing their duties.

In addition, the Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations of the ward coordinated to organize 28 propaganda sessions integrated into the meetings of the People's Self-Management Groups, attracting more than 943 members and citizens to participate.

Through guided meetings themed around the year 2026, officials and Party members focused on discussing many practical issues such as: promoting the cultural strength of Dong Thap people in performing their duties; building a culture of integrity; enhancing the exemplary role of leaders; strengthening the responsibility of officials and Party members...

This contributes to raising political awareness, public service ethics, and the sense of responsibility of officials and Party members in the ward.

Comrade Huynh Tuan Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward, emphasized: "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh must become a regular and voluntary activity of every cadre and Party member; linked to the implementation of political tasks, building a culture of integrity, responsibility, closeness to the people, and serving the people better and better."

A highlight of this year's political activities is the "Excellent Propagandist Telling Stories about President Ho Chi Minh" competition in 2026, organized by the Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward.

The competition was lively, with the theme linking the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings with building a culture of integrity and responsibility among cadres and Party members.

Many touching and meaningful stories, such as "The Warm Coat on a Rainy Night," "Uncle Ho's Sandals," and "Time is Precious," were vividly performed by the contestants, profoundly conveying lessons about revolutionary ethics, a sense of responsibility, a simple lifestyle, and Uncle Ho's patriotism.

The competition not only creates a beneficial playground for cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, and association members, but also contributes to spreading the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style among the entire population.

In parallel, to commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on May 19, 2026, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward organized a ceremony to present Party badges and admit new Party members at the Ward Party Committee Hall.

At the ceremony, Comrade Tran Van Phuoc, a Party member of the Party Branch of Ward 5, was honored to receive the 40-Year Party Membership Badge, recognizing his dedication, training, and unwavering political integrity throughout his career and Party activities.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward admitted 9 outstanding individuals into the Communist Party of Vietnam. Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Huynh Tuan Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee of the ward, congratulated Comrade Tran Van Phuoc on receiving the Party Badge and the new Party members, and urged them to continue to uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit, contributing to building a cleaner and stronger Party Committee of Binh Xuan Ward.

Through learning activities, the Ho Chi Minh Storytelling Contest, the Party Badge Award Ceremony, and the admission of new Party members, Binh Xuan Ward continues to affirm its determination to build a team of exemplary, responsible, and honest cadres and Party members; to promote the cultural strength of the people of Dong Thap; and to contribute to building a clean and strong Party organization and promoting local socio-economic development in the new period.
