Within the framework of this event, the Vietnam National Academy of Music and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism solemnly organized a special art program to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Russia diplomatic relations and welcome the official visit to Vietnam of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The program brought many special performances: a drum performance imbued with Vietnamese national identity, welcoming guests to the house; the instrumental music Liu Thuy - Kim Tien - a piece of music used in official ceremonies in the national tradition of Hue Royal Court Music; a monochord piece by Meritorious Artist Huong Giang; a vocal piece Canh Dong Nga performed by People's Artist Do Quoc Hung and the Hanoi Symphony Orchestra; People's Artist Bui Cong Duy performing a Russian piece written for the violin and symphony orchestra...

Dr. People's Artist Do Quoc Hung - Deputy Director in charge of the Vietnam National Academy of Music, said: "For the first time in history since 1956, the Academy has the honor of being one of the locations chosen by the Prime Minister to receive guests. This further motivates the teachers and students of the Academy to continue to make constant efforts."

Following State-level diplomatic activities, from January 15-23, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 55th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos 55, pay an official visit to the Czech Republic, Poland and hold bilateral meetings in Switzerland.
