Faced with the pain and loss of families whose loved ones were victims of the mini apartment fire in Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi city, on September 16 , the Provincial Red Cross Society visited, expressed condolences and encouraged the family of Ms. Tran Thi Thinh, hamlet 3, Ninh Chau village, Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.
The delegation of the Provincial Red Cross Society burned incense to pay respect to Tran Thi Thinh and her three children.
It is known that when the fire broke out, Ms. Thinh and her two daughters unfortunately died, while her husband was seriously injured and is continuing to receive intensive treatment at the hospital.
Comrade Tran Phu Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society, presented financial support to the family of Ms. Tran Thi Thinh.
At the visit, Mr. Tran Phu Phuong, Chairman of the Provincial Red Cross Society , sent his condolences and shared the loss and difficulties with the victim's family, hoping that with the efforts of authorities at all levels, organizations, and neighbors, the victim's family would soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives. On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Society presented the province's budget to support 3 victims with an amount of 9 million VND.
