On the afternoon of October 10, the People's Council of Hung Yen province held the 32nd session, term XVII, term 2021-2026, deciding on a number of major and important issues in socio-economic development; electing an additional position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The 32nd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, decided on a number of important issues and elected an additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province presented reports, proposals and draft resolutions:

Stipulating the list of revenues, collection levels, revenue management mechanism, and expenditure of services to serve and support educational activities in public educational institutions in Hung Yen province, school year 2025-2026.

Regulating the authority to decide on approving tasks and budget estimates for purchasing, repairing, renovating, and upgrading assets and equipment; renting goods and services; repairing, renovating, upgrading, expanding, and constructing new construction items in invested and constructed projects under the management of Hung Yen province. Approving the adjustment of the investment policy for the project to upgrade and expand the extended Hanoi - Hung Yen inter-provincial road, the section passing through Hung Yen province.

Next, the delegates listened to the Provincial People's Council's Culture-Social Committee and the Economic-Budget Committee report on the examination of the submissions, reports and draft resolutions submitted to the Session.

At the Session, the People's Council of Hung Yen province conducted the procedure to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Quang Hung, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, term XVII, 2021-2026, because he was appointed by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030; at the same time, elected to supplement the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, term XVII, 2021-2026, for Mr. Le Quang Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

At the 32nd session, the People's Council of Hung Yen province unanimously passed important resolutions, creating a legal basis for the People's Committee of Hung Yen province to direct and organize the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the coming time.
