Lam Dong Provincial People's Council passed 14 resolutions...

On the afternoon of August 28, in Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat, the People's Council of Lam Dong province, term X, 2021-2026, held the 3rd session (special session) to consider and decide on important contents under its authority.

The meeting was held in person and online at three main locations in the old central cities of Da Lat, Phan Thiet and Gia Nghia, along with 111 locations in communes, wards and Phu Quy special zone.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lam Dong province Tran Hong Thai said that the socio -economic situation in August 2025 continued to develop positively, the state budget revenue reached more than 81.1% of the central estimate, more than 76.8% of the local estimate; the area of high-tech agriculture developed strongly, reaching 101% of the plan; export turnover reached more than 2,147 million USD...

However, the disbursement rate of public investment capital is low, reaching only 33.7% of the plan as of August 22; many projects are slow to implement due to land clearance problems; the Bao Loc-Lien Khuong expressway project has started but has not been implemented.

At the meeting, Lam Dong Provincial People's Council discussed and voted to pass 14 important resolutions related to socio-economic development, public investment, finance-budget, and specific policies of the locality .

In which, there is a Resolution on the public investment plan after the arrangement of provincial administrative units and the organization of two-level local governments ; support policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who are assigned and seconded to work at the commune level by competent authorities when implementing the arrangement of administrative units; capital allocation of national target programs; assignment of civil servant payrolls in 2025 in state administrative agencies and organizations of Lam Dong province (after the arrangement); regulations on prices of medical examination and treatment services applied at public medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Lam Dong province.
