Commendation of typical advanced models of Phan Thiet ward for the first time

On August 28, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Thiet ward (Lam Dong province) held the first Conference to commend advanced models (2025 - 2030).

The conference aims to summarize and evaluate the patriotic emulation movement in recent times and to commend outstanding collectives and individuals who have made many positive contributions in work, labor and study.

Over the past 5 years, realizing the significance and importance of emulation and reward work, and the replication of typical advanced examples, Phan Thiet ward has actively responded and focused on leading and directing Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, organizations and people of all walks of life to organize and implement emulation and reward work well and achieved many encouraging results.

However, according to assessment, emulation and reward work in recent years still has certain shortcomings and limitations, both in terms of awareness and organization and implementation.

In which, at times and in some places, the awareness of the role and significance of emulation and reward work is not full, and this is not seen as the driving force of the development process, so the attention to directing and implementing emulation and reward work is sometimes not appropriate, still formal... which has limited the process of implementing local tasks.

Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee Tran Nguyen Loc requested Party committees at all levels, agencies and units to identify specific and positive tasks and solutions to continue to better implement emulation and reward work in the coming time.

Thereby, making the emulation movement more and more practical, widespread, and exciting, contributing to promoting the socio -economic development of the locality.

The Ward People's Committee requested that affiliated agencies and units organize and launch emulation movements to celebrate the country's major holidays in conjunction with welcoming the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

At the same time, propose and recommend to the Central and the province necessary contents to bring emulation and reward work closer to reality. On the other hand, enhancing the role and effect of emulation and reward work is truly a driving force in successfully implementing annual goals and tasks, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation...

In the period of 2025 - 2030, Phan Thiet ward aims to build a protection policy, encourage cadres to dare to think, dare to do, dare to face difficulties and challenges, have courage and professional capacity...

At the same time, honor, commend, promote and have reasonable treatment policies for advanced models, examples of "good people, good deeds" and individuals, collectives and households that innovate, create and achieve outstanding achievements...

At the Conference, the Chairman of Phan Thiet Ward People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 10 outstanding individuals in the 5-year emulation movement (2020 - 2025) of Phan Thiet Ward.
