The 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Quang Ninh Blind Association

In the period of 2020-2025, the patriotic emulation movements of the Quang Ninh Association of the Blind have been widely deployed, bringing practical results. In particular, the campaign "Strengthening solidarity, proactively striving, equality, and integration with the community" with many typical advanced examples has been spread, becoming a driving force for members to strive to improve in life.

Currently, the province has more than 1,000 members. In the past 5 years, in order to provide practical support to members, the Blind Association at all levels has created conditions for 144 members to borrow capital from the National Employment Fund, helping them have the opportunity to develop their economy and stabilize their lives. The Association has organized 3 massage training classes for 30 people, of which over 93% of members have stable jobs after training. The province currently has 29 massage service establishments and groups, creating regular jobs for 102 workers with an average income of about 4.5 million VND/person/month. In addition, every year, the Association also coordinates with local authorities to organize agricultural and fishery extension classes for members, contributing to expanding livelihoods and improving production knowledge.

Quang Ninh Association of the Blind received a Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam Association of the Blind for its outstanding achievements in the Patriotic Emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.

Entering the 2025-2030 period, the Quang Ninh Provincial Association of the Blind continues to launch the Patriotic Emulation movement, widely deploying the campaign "Strengthening solidarity, proactively striving, equality, and integration with the community" and the action program "Employment and sustainable poverty reduction." The Association at all levels strengthens the socialization of activities, builds emulation and reward funds, and promotes emulation movements in a practical and effective direction.

Along with that, the Association will diversify emulation models, replicate advanced examples, encourage the spirit of self-reliance and creativity of members; motivate all cadres and members to promote their own capacity and strengths, compete to overcome difficulties, become useful people for society, contributing to the sustainable development of Quang Ninh province.

Typical advanced individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Association of the Blind of Quang Ninh province.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Blind Association awarded Certificates of Merit to the Quang Ninh Provincial Blind Association and two individuals who had outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020-2025. The Quang Ninh Provincial Blind Association also awarded Certificates of Merit to typical advanced individuals in the Patriotic Emulation movement for the period 2020-2025 in the province.
