On the afternoon of October 15, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province held the first Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

In the coming time, Khanh Hoa province will strive to compete to successfully complete the goals, targets and tasks according to the Resolution of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term, the 5-year Socio -Economic Development Plan (2025 - 2030); linking emulation and reward work with the implementation of key tasks and strategic breakthroughs. Compete to work with a spirit of speed, urgency, effort, and the highest responsibility to complete assigned tasks; strongly promote the start-up movement, innovation, green economy development, digital economy, and circular economy; encourage and promote the spirit of dynamism, creativity, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility for the common good.

Khanh Hoa aims to become a centrally-governed city by 2030; an international sea tourism and service center; a high growth pole of the country in marine economy, high-tech industry, renewable energy, science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, human resource training and high-quality health care services. The urban system develops in a modern, smart, sustainable and unique direction with some urban areas reaching international standards. People enjoy a high standard of living, peace and happiness.

At the same time, the province's ecosystem and natural landscape are protected and have the capacity to adapt to climate change. National defense, security and sovereignty over seas and islands are firmly guaranteed, creating a premise for the whole country to confidently enter a new era - the era of striving for strong and prosperous development of the nation, towards the successful implementation of the goals of the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030.

In order for the emulation movement to continue to be promoted and expanded, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested that all levels, sectors and localities need to continue to promote the patriotic emulation movement, have absolute trust in the Party's policies and guidelines; determine that "Emulation is sowing; reward is harvesting"; thereby linking emulation with timely, correct, and correct rewards; promoting emulation in sectors and industries; emulation in people and people...

In recent times, many patriotic emulation movements of Khanh Hoa province have been effective, contributing significantly to the overall development of the province. The emulation movements have also continued to be expanded, developed, encouraged, and motivated, with all levels, sectors, and people of all walks of life striving to compete, overcome difficulties, and achieve many proud achievements in all fields.

Some typical and exemplary models, specifically: The model of "People's Patrol Team"; the model of applying new technical advances and high technology to production associated with organizing production according to the value chain in agriculture; the model of the Provincial Women's Union on "Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean" associated with new rural construction... have created a profound and highly effective spread.

At the same time, many typical individuals have been gradually replicated; many good initiatives applied to production have brought high economic efficiency. Typical examples include: Mr. Phan Kien Nghia, a good farmer and businessman (in Ninh Hoa ward); excellent doctor Huynh Van Thuong, Associate Professor, PhD, Deputy Director of the Provincial General Hospital, is a typical example in the medical field, has had outstanding achievements in scientific research, contributing to reducing costs and improving the quality of cardiovascular examination for the people.

Or, Ms. Bui Thi Hong Tien, Vice Chairman of the Socio-Economic Advisory Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Fund for Encouragement of Education and Talents, is a typical example in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; Dang Cat Tien, a student of class 9/3, Thai Nguyen Secondary School (Nha Trang ward), is a typical young Vietnamese face in 2023 for her outstanding achievements in the work of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, along with many collectives and individuals who are typical examples of the province in various fields, honored and rewarded by all levels and sectors.

Awarding the Third Class Independence Medal to the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province for its outstanding achievements, contributing to the task of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.

In recognition of the great achievements of collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement of Khanh Hoa province in the period of 2020 - 2025, the President awarded the Third Class Independence Medal to the Provincial Department of Home Affairs for its outstanding achievements; at the same time, 26 individuals were also awarded the First, Second and Third Class Labor Medals by the President.

At the Congress, 2 collectives (Provincial Party Committee Organizing Committee; Department of Home Affairs) were also awarded the Emulation Flag by the Government for their excellent performance and leading the patriotic emulation movement of Khanh Hoa province in 2024. In addition, 20 individuals and 8 collectives were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister for their outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement.
