Quang Ninh province has collected information on nearly 230,000 land parcels.

In accordance with Plan No. 515/KH-BCA-BNNMT (dated August 20, 2025) of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment; and Plan No. 230/KH-UBND (dated September 10, 2025) of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database in the province, to date, the entire province has collected land and housing certificates and information on users and owners of 228,738 out of 460,283 land parcels, achieving a rate of 49.7%.

Among the collected land parcels, 66,958/228,738 land parcels (reaching 29.27%) have been digitized with land and housing certificates and information on land users and owners. However, some localities still have low collection rates (below 60%), such as: Dam Ha 14.46%; Tuan Chau 21.74%; Quang Tan 25.55%; Mao Khe 26.26%; Mong Cai (2) 29.20%; Cao Xanh 32.29%; Binh Lieu 32.33%; Hai Son 32.85%; Quang Ha 33.41%; Ba Che 35.18%...

The campaign's implementation must ensure that the national land database has been reviewed and completed accurately, completely, cleanly, and consistently, ensuring uniformity, synchronization, and compatibility with the two-tiered local government organizational model. Simultaneously, it must ensure synchronization, uniformity, centralization, and connectivity with the national population database, the national data center, and throughout the entire political system.

Land data must be cleaned up and standardized according to regulations, ensuring absolute information security and cybersecurity. The campaign will be implemented with priority, decisiveness, a scientific approach , and high quality and effectiveness, with the participation of the entire political system, following the principle of "clear responsibilities, clear tasks, clear timelines, clear results, clear accountability, and clear authority."

The campaign in the province will last until November 30, 2025.
