
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Tay Ninh province, in order to create favorable conditions for people and businesses as well as the issue of receiving and processing land-related documents, Tay Ninh province is currently applying two parallel price lists for land types (formerly Long An province land prices and former Tay Ninh province land prices) until the end of 2025.
Along with the state-regulated land prices, Tay Ninh is currently leading the satellite areas of Ho Chi Minh City in price growth in both the apartment and townhouse segments.
In Ben Luc commune area, Sky Retreat apartment project is offering for sale at 55-60 million VND/ m2 , while adjacent townhouses have the lowest price of 120 million VND/ m2 ... twice as high as projects opening for sale in 2024...
Real estate experts as well as the authorities recommend that investors carefully consider the capital they invest in to ensure it is appropriate, avoiding loss of liquidity and inability to pay.
