Nha Trang Ward Women's Union joins hands to support people affected by floods

Since November 20, the Nha Trang Ward Women's Union has actively mobilized support, cooked and packaged goods, and provided relief to people in localities affected by floods in the province.

The Ward Women's Union received gifts from benefactors.

Accordingly, the association mobilized and received 80 million VND in cash and essential necessities such as: bottled water, instant noodles, cakes, milk, sausages, rice, clothes, shoes, medicine, candles, diapers, personal items... and cooked and donated more than 10,000 meals. The amount of money and gifts with a total value of nearly 1 billion VND was given by the association to people affected by floods in the communes and wards: Nha Trang, Tay Nha Trang, Dien Lac, Dien Khanh... Cadres and women's union members of the ward also participated in cooking at collective kitchens to provide meals for people taking shelter at gathering points, flooded residential areas, and checkpoints.

The gifts were handed to the people of Dien Lac commune.
