Delegates attending the 50th meeting of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Attending the conference were: Ms. Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; representatives from the Central Party Office and committees; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies. The conference was held online with district Party committees.

At the conference, delegates discussed and provided feedback on the design of the commune health station model under the Program for Investment and Development of the Grassroots Health Network in Difficult Areas. Based on the delegates' opinions, the Provincial Party Standing Committee basically agreed with the design unit's model but requested that during the investment and construction process, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee review the overall site plan to ensure that the area includes auxiliary facilities of the health station, in accordance with the general planning of the localities.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and other delegates attended the conference.

Commenting on the Provincial Party Standing Committee's plan to implement Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023, of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new era, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam requested relevant units to finalize the plan in a focused and targeted manner, ensuring it meets the Politburo's requirements.

At the same time, the province should review the objectives, tasks, and solutions of the Resolution to ensure they are consistent with the province's reality; and provide guidance for the development of businesses in various sectors, fields, and localities to build a strong, qualified, and responsible workforce of entrepreneurs committed to the province's development. The province encourages and facilitates the establishment of large enterprises, corporations, and economic groups within the province.

Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and other delegates attended the conference.

The delegates discussed the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW, dated February 23, 2024, of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW, dated January 16, 2012, of the 11th Central Committee of the Party on building a synchronous infrastructure to basically transform our country into a modern industrialized nation.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also provided direct feedback on the following documents: the draft report summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW, dated June 9, 2014, of the Central Committee of the Party (11th term) on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development; and the draft Decision and Plan of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on inspecting the leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of Project No. 02-DA/TU, dated May 23, 2021, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations.
