At the Conference, the Party Building Committee approved the Proposal on supplementing the planning of key leaders of Yen Chau commune, term 2025 - 2030. Accordingly, the delegates discussed and analyzed the list of personnel supplementing the planning for the term 2025 - 2030 in terms of structure, age, professional qualifications, political theory qualifications, specific personnel list, ensuring strictness, science, and compliance with regulations. At the same time, the process of steps was carried out, discussing and unanimously voting on the cadres who had been reviewed for planning into positions according to regulations and instructions.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Lu Van Cuong, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Council emphasized: Personnel planning is an important step in personnel work, a regular task to discover sources of cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, with development prospects for training, appointment and creating sources of leaders and managers at all levels. Reviewing and supplementing personnel planning aims to ensure timeliness and proactiveness in personnel work to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
At the Conference, the Commune Party Committee also launched a response to the call of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to support and assist people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters occurring in the area.
