Conference to evaluate the implementation results of the agreement between the Provincial Police and Binh Phuoc Provincial Post Office

On the afternoon of March 13, the Provincial Post Office and Binh Phuoc Provincial Police held a Conference to evaluate the results of the implementation of the cooperation agreement No. 20/2023/TTHT/CAT-BĐT signed on October 25, 2023 between the two sides. Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and Comrade Huynh Nhu Quynh - Director of the Provincial Post Office chaired the Conference.

Evaluating the results after more than 01 year of implementing the Cooperation Agreement, the leaders of the Provincial Police and the Provincial Post Office affirmed that the coordination between the two sides has achieved very encouraging results, however, there are still difficulties and problems in the implementation process that need to be resolved in the coming time. The two sides also focused on discussing and proposing solutions and recommendations to improve the efficiency of public postal services to actively contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality, contributing to the implementation of administrative procedure reform, reducing workload, improving the efficiency of management and service activities of state administrative agencies.

Also at the Conference, the Leaders of the two units agreed on the content of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement on returning the results of administrative procedure settlement through public postal services in the fields under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Police from March 1, 2025. Accordingly, the Provincial Post Office and the Binh Phuoc Provincial Police will strengthen the propaganda of the service of receiving dossiers and returning the results of administrative procedure settlement, contributing to creating convenience and meeting the needs of organizations and individuals in sending dossiers and receiving the results of administrative procedure settlement under the jurisdiction of the Provincial Police through public postal services. Thereby saving time and travel costs, for the benefit of organizations and individuals; at the same time contributing to helping the Provincial Police increase the number of complete public service dossiers for administrative procedures; strengthening the position and role of the Provincial Post Office in implementing administrative reform in the coming time.
