On November 28, Vinh Loc District Party Committee held the 23rd meeting of the District Party Executive Committee, term XXVI, to discuss and approve important contents under its authority.

Implementing the 2024 tasks, the Party Committee, government and people of Vinh Loc district have synchronously, resolutely, flexibly and creatively implemented the proposed tasks and solutions and achieved positive results in all fields.

27/28 main targets met and exceeded the plan, of which 15 targets exceeded the plan. The economy grew quite well, reaching 4.71%, 1.66% higher than in 2023. The agricultural, industrial, construction and service sectors all had developments. Total budget revenue exceeded 21.5% of the provincial estimate, up 19.2% over the same period.

Investment activities were vibrant with many projects being prepared for investment and starting construction, including a number of projects with large total investment. Disbursement of public investment capital reached 97.18% of the plan assigned by the province; site clearance exceeded the plan assigned by the province.

In addition to the results achieved, the district's economic growth has not met the set plan; agricultural production is still small-scale, the expansion of production areas associated with product consumption is still slow. Some manufacturing industries still face many difficulties, especially the production of fine art stone. The quality of some cultural residential areas is not commensurate with the prescribed standards...

In 2025, Vinh Loc district set 28 targets, including 11 economic targets, 10 socio-cultural targets, 3 environmental targets, 1 security and order target, 2 party building targets...

At the conference, delegates gave their opinions on the draft Report on the results of implementing tasks in 2024, goals, tasks and main solutions in 2025; Draft Report on the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in the fourth quarter of 2024; Draft Report summarizing the work of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement in 2024. At the same time, analyze and clarify existing limitations, causes and discuss solutions to effectively implement the goals and tasks in 2025.
