Phuong Liet Ward strives to complete the budget collection task

HNP - On the morning of October 8, the Executive Committee of the Phuong Liet Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held its first conference.

Party Secretary, Chairman of Phuong Liet Ward People's Council Nguyen Minh Tien chaired the Conference.

At the Conference, the Party Executive Committee of Phuong Liet Ward reviewed the draft documents including: Report on the 3-month summary of the implementation of the two-level local government; report on the results of the third quarter, key tasks for the fourth quarter of 2025; amendments and supplements to the Working Regulations of the Party Executive Committee of the first term; thematic resolutions on fire prevention and fighting, environmental sanitation, urban order, and selection of citizens for military service in 2026.

In the third quarter of 2025, Phuong Liet ward has proactively and seriously deployed tasks right from the first days of implementing the two-level local government model. Leadership and direction were carried out resolutely and closely; political security and social order and safety were stable; administrative work was maintained smoothly and uninterruptedly.

Party building work continues to be focused on; inspection, supervision, propaganda and mass mobilization work are carried out in an orderly and effective manner. The ward has successfully organized the first Party Congress of the ward, term 2025-2030, together with the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Phuong Liet Ward chaired the discussion of the contents at the Conference.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Party Executive Committee of Phuong Liet Ward identified 8 key groups of tasks, focusing on propaganda for the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and preparing for the election of the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In addition, the Ward Party Committee focuses on innovating leadership methods, improving the quality of consulting and implementing programs and projects for the entire term of the Party Committee; promoting the dissemination of the Ward Party Congress Resolution to cadres, party members and people.

The ward Party Committee also set out requirements to maintain political security, social order and safety, strengthen the prevention and fight against corruption and waste; and improve the operational efficiency of the People's Council, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

In terms of socio -economics, the Ward Party Committee continues to lead and strive to complete 100% of the budget revenue target, effectively deploy public investment, prioritize traffic infrastructure and urban beautification; strengthen inspection and handling of violations of construction order and urban order, ensuring a "Bright - green - clean - beautiful" landscape; do a good job of digital transformation, culture, health, social security, disease prevention and control with attention in conjunction with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life".

The conference unanimously approved the draft reports and resolutions and assigned the Standing Committee of the Ward Party Committee to receive comments and contributions from delegates to complete, promulgate and organize implementation throughout the Ward Party Committee.

The Ward Party Executive Committee also requested Party committees at all levels, units, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to develop specific plans to implement the resolution, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
