Accordingly, implementing Plan No. 141-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued Plan No. 9743 to implement Resolution 1245 dated October 24, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of district and commune-level administrative units of Lam Dong province for the period 2023-2025 with the contents of arranging and perfecting the administrative apparatus of the new Da Huoai District People's Committee with the implementation time before December 5, 2024.

Specifically, immediately after the Provincial Party Standing Committee announced the decisions appointing the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Da Huoai District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, it will organize the District People's Council meeting to elect government leadership positions according to its authority; The Provincial People's Council ratified the election results of the positions of the Da Huoai District People's Council, term XI, term 2021-2026. Organize the election of the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Da Huoai District People's Committee; approve the Resolution to establish 12 specialized agencies under the new Da Huoai District People's Committee. The Provincial People's Committee ratified the election results of the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Da Huoai District People's Committee, term 2021-2026 according to regulations.

Arrange and consolidate public service units such as Medical Center; Cultural - Information and Sports Center; Agricultural Center; Project Management Board for Investment, Construction and Public Works; Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center with the same functions and tasks of Cat Tien District People's Committee, Da Teh District People's Committee and Da Huoai District People's Committee.

At the same time, fully prepare facilities, equipment, and arrange working places to ensure serving the organization of the People's Committee of Da Huoai district and the People's Committees of communes related to the arrangement of administrative units to come into operation immediately after establishment. The handover of organization, assets, records, documents... and transfer of management responsibilities according to the new administrative unit must be carried out synchronously, promptly, according to the principle of importing and handing over the current status. Before the handover, it is necessary to carry out statistics and inventories according to each management area, ensuring accuracy in accordance with the provisions of law. Implementation time is before November 30, 2024.
