Training for cultural officers working in new rural construction

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of September 10, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library in collaboration with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa opened a training course to improve the capacity of cultural staff working in new rural construction.

The training course was attended by representatives from the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Libraries; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; and more than 130 cultural officials and village/hamlet heads from mountainous communes in Thanh Hoa province.

The training course took place over two days, September 10-11.

Participants in the training course will be taught the following topics: Results of the National Target Program for Building New Rural Areas in the 2021-2025 period, orientation for the 2026-2030 period; Improving the effectiveness of cultural and sports facilities at the commune and village levels; introducing some typical models for promoting the cultural identity and fine traditions of each region, area, and ethnic group. Simultaneously, guidance will be provided on the application of information technology in organizing activities at cultural and sports facilities at the commune and village levels; and professional skills in organizing mass cultural and artistic activities.

Through the training course, participants were updated with the latest and most comprehensive information on the results of building new rural areas; improving their awareness, management methods, and skills in organizing cultural, artistic, and sports activities to apply to their work at the grassroots level.
