Military Region 5 improves civil service skills for grassroots cadres

During 2 days (December 8 and 9), in Dak Lak, Military Region 5 organized training on knowledge and skills in propaganda and mobilization of ethnic minorities.

The program aims to promote the implementation of the Project "The Army participates in propagating and mobilizing ethnic minorities to actively fight to defeat the plots and tricks of hostile forces to divide the great national unity bloc in the new situation" (Project 57).

Colonel Tran Minh Trong, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 5, gave a speech directing the training course.

At the training course, the Steering Committee for Project 57 of the Military Region focused on training and improving the quality of grassroots cadres in propaganda and mobilization skills for ethnic minorities with many new contents, setting higher requirements in research and conducting mass mobilization work at grassroots units.

In addition, cadres participating in the training also focused on researching and practicing mass mobilization skills through digital platforms and social networking platforms; and stepping up the struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation.
