In 2006, Mrs. H'Diet Kpor's family in Ea Mta village (Dray Bhăng commune) was considered a poor household. Thanks to the preferential loan program of the Social Policy Bank, along with the support of local associations and organizations, her family was able to access a loan of 50 million VND. With this capital, she boldly invested in growing coffee on the family's available land and building a pig farm.

With diligence and reasonable production organization, the coffee growing and livestock raising model of Mrs. H'Diet Kpor's family brings a stable income every year. After only 3 years, H'Diet's family has risen out of poverty, paid off all bank debt, and accumulated capital.

In 2023, Ms. H'Diet's family continued to receive support from the Social Policy Bank to borrow 100 million VND from the job creation loan program, and she and her husband continued to expand production. Currently, her family owns 2 hectares of coffee. This year's harvest is expected to reach about 2 tons of coffee beans, with a profit of about 200 million VND. In addition, each year the family also sells 2-3 litters of pigs, earning an additional nearly 100 million VND, creating a stable source of income for the household economy .

In Ea Bhốk village (Dray Bhăng commune), Mr. Y Thih Ksor's family was able to borrow 50 million VND from the Social Policy Bank under the preferential loan program for poor households in 2021. Thanks to that, he invested in taking care of 5 sao of coffee and intercropping pepper. Thanks to hard work and bold application of science and technology, the garden grew well, with stable productivity, helping the family gradually overcome the most difficult stages.

In early 2025, his family continued to receive support to borrow an additional 40 million VND to expand production. “Coffee is in harvest season, and the yield is expected to be better than every year. I hope to cover the hospital fees for my wife and children with thalassemia and gradually escape poverty,” Mr. Y Thih shared.

According to the People's Committee of Dray Bhang Commune, in the past time, the meeting to review and confirm policy credit loan borrowers in Dray Bhang Commune has been seriously implemented. The People's Committee of the Commune has assigned leaders of relevant committees and departments to promptly confirm the borrowers as a basis for the Social Policy Bank to lend so that the capital source is always rotated. Transparent and timely access to capital not only helps people stabilize their livelihoods but also motivates them to escape poverty, contributing to improving the quality of life and promoting sustainable local economic development.
