Online conference on implementing the Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2

On the morning of July 25, in Hanoi, the Steering Committee for the Exhibition of National Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day held its fourth meeting. Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Steering Committee Mai Van Chinh chaired the meeting. Comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province attended at the Tuyen Quang province bridge.

The National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day is a practical activity to honor the outstanding achievements in the country's development over the years. The Government assigned the Standing Unit to be the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; the coordinating units are the central departments, ministries, branches, mass organizations and the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities; the accompanying units are Vingroup Corporation and Vietnam Exhibition Fair Center Joint Stock Company. The exhibition takes place from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi.

At the meeting, delegates discussed, reviewed and gave opinions on the content outline and display design of 34 provinces, cities, industries, enterprises... on the basis of ensuring effectiveness, synchronization and unity in the overall design of the Exhibition. The designs were evaluated based on 7 criteria including: Consistent with the general theme of the Exhibition; clearly demonstrating the role and outstanding achievements of the unit; reasonable and scientific spatial layout; creativity, aesthetics and unique identity; interactivity, technology application (if any); feasibility in construction and operation...

The Steering Committee assessed that many localities had good designs, clear layouts, demonstrating creativity and high-tech applications; harmonious colors, creating highlights and suitable for the theme. However, there are still many points that need to be noted by localities in issues of choosing typical images; color correlation in layout; display location, etc.

At the Tuyen Quang province bridge, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha said: Tuyen Quang is honored to be the "Capital of resistance - Capital of liberated areas" of the whole country with its revolutionary tradition and unique identity. With the exhibition space of Tuyen Quang province at the National Exhibition Center of nearly 400 ^m2 with the theme "Tuyen Quang - Revolutionary origin, firmly stepping into the future" divided into 5 areas, the exhibition method combines tradition and modernity. Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the units implementing the exhibition space of Tuyen Quang province to ensure the content, identity, progress and quality, contributing to the overall success of the Exhibition.

Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh emphasized that in recent times, ministries, branches, agencies and localities have made efforts to carry out assigned tasks to organize the Exhibition.

There is not much time left until the Exhibition is held. The scale of the organization is large, the workload is large, requiring ministries, branches, agencies and localities to have high determination and great efforts to well implement the tasks of organizing this important Exhibition.
