Tien Giang Farmers' Association: Launching the project "Green tree route" in Cai Lay town

(ABO) On April 24, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong, Chairwoman of the Farmers' Association of Tien Giang province chaired the tree planting launching ceremony in response to activities celebrating Tien Giang province being recognized for completing the task of building new rural areas.

Provincial Farmers' Association and grassroots Farmers' Association, together with local people, participated in the "Green Tree Route" project.

At the launching ceremony, the project "Green Tree Route" was implemented by the Trade Union and the Provincial Farmers' Association in coordination with the local Farmers' Association to plant 500 yellow trumpet trees along Group 1 Road and Tay Kinh Ong Muoi Road in Nhi My Ward, Cai Lay Town. This is a practical activity to promote the role of the subject, the pioneering spirit, and the exemplary role of cadres and farmer members in protecting the environment, building a green - clean - beautiful rural landscape.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong said that the tree planting campaign today not only contributes to creating an environmental landscape, but also demonstrates the political determination and sense of responsibility of the Association in the period of maintaining and improving the quality of new rural criteria. The Provincial Farmers' Association hopes that the grassroots Farmers' Association will closely coordinate with the people in caring for, maintaining and replicating the model of green tree-lined roads in the locality.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Tien Giang Farmers' Association Tran Minh Trung presented gifts to families of farmer members who contributed to the revolution.

On this occasion, the Farmers' Association of Tien Giang province presented 4 gifts (500,000 VND in cash each) to families of farmers who contributed to the revolution in Nhi My ward, Cai Lay town.
