Women's Union of Brigade 147 organizes the activity of "sewing soldiers' shirts"

Battalions 471 and 472 (Brigade 147) are the units assigned to train new soldiers. The young men recruited into the unit are not uniform in terms of physical strength, height, and weight, while the military uniforms of the unit are issued according to size. Therefore, overcoming the situation of wide, narrow, long, short uniforms... while still ensuring the beauty of soldiers is very important in military life.

Based on that need, the Women's Union of Brigade 147 organized the activity "Sewing soldiers' uniforms" to help save costs on adjusting military uniforms for officers and soldiers while ensuring uniforms are in the correct style. The model received the approval and support of the commander and officers and soldiers of the entire unit.

In the early days, the members adjusted more than 400 uniforms for new soldiers. Women members also talked, understood their thoughts and feelings, and encouraged soldiers to work with peace of mind, determine their tasks well, and unite and build the unit.
