Workshop "Teachers and the work of promoting learning in the digital transformation period"

On the morning of November 19, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education organized a workshop "Teachers and the work of promoting education in the digital transformation period".

At the workshop, delegates who were officials of the Association for the Promotion of Education at all levels, officials and leaders of some schools and communes in the province discussed the role of teachers, advantages and difficulties, and proposed solutions to promote the intelligence and enthusiasm of teachers in the work of promoting education in the digital transformation period. Delegates all agreed that the team of teachers plays a key role in building a learning society in the 4.0 period, because they are a force with prestige, experience and the ability to lead the community to access knowledge. Many opinions pointed out difficulties such as: Limitations in technological skills, unsynchronized digital infrastructure and lack of digital learning materials at the grassroots level. Delegates also proposed: Strengthening digital skills training for teachers; building a digital learning materials system; developing flexible classroom models at community learning centers and perfecting the mechanism to encourage teachers to participate in the work of promoting education in the digital transformation period.

The workshop is an opportunity to express gratitude to the team of teachers who have devoted many years to the cause of educating people and accompanying the movement to encourage learning and talent. The Provincial Association for Promotion of Education affirms that it will continue to promote the role of teachers in building a learning society in the digital transformation period.
