Lao Cai College is one of 70 vocational schools approved by the Prime Minister and selected for investment to become high-quality schools in the 2020-2025 period.

Previously, in August, the school welcomed and processed admission procedures for nearly 500 students who registered to study intermediate-level vocational courses.

At the admission session, students are advised and guided by staff, teachers and volunteers to complete their application, choose a career, receive admission forms and arrange accommodation for students who register to stay in the dormitory.

In the 2025-2026 school year, Lao Cai College will train 24 college-level majors and 27 intermediate-level majors. Along with improving quality and expanding training majors to meet the demand for qualified workers, Lao Cai College has been focusing on expanding links and cooperation with businesses inside and outside the province, creating job opportunities for students right after graduation.
