The 4th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism was held to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements since the 3rd Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism with the theme "Solidarity, creativity, emulation to build and defend the Fatherland"; contribute to the implementation of political tasks, cultural and social development; set out directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and carry out commendation work in the period 2025-2030.
