More than 6,000 new students visited and experienced the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom

New students of K76, University of Transport Technology (UTT) visited the booth of Nhan Dan Newspaper at the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness.

This experiential activity is also an important highlight in the program to welcome the new school year, and at the same time towards the 80th anniversary of the University's founding (November 15, 1945 - November 15, 2025). Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Principal of the University of Transport Technology, accompanied the new students to participate in this activity.

After more than 10 days of official opening (from August 28), with rich and diverse contents, the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness has become an attractive destination for people from all over the country. Besides the exhibition areas introducing the formation and development of departments, ministries, branches and 34 provinces and cities across the country, the highlight of the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness is the Exhibition of 95 years of the Party Flag lighting the way. This is the address to introduce to the public many valuable artifacts, paintings, photos, documents, recreating the journey of fighting for national independence... Thereby, arousing national pride, fostering patriotism and responsibility of each person towards the Fatherland today.

Emphasizing the significance of the experiential activity for the new students of the 76th course, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long said: The visit to the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness is an opportunity for students to better understand the history of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the brilliant milestones in the history of the struggle for national independence, protection and construction of the Fatherland over the past 80 years; the outstanding achievements in all fields that Vietnam has achieved over the past 80 years, especially in the process of Renovation.

This experiential activity is also an important highlight in the program to welcome the new school year, while also aiming towards the 80th anniversary of the School's founding (November 15, 1945 - November 15, 2025).

This is an opportunity for students to approach the great achievements of the nation, thereby nurturing love for school, love for homeland, Fatherland, aspiration and will to study and contribute to the development of the country. The experience activities are even more meaningful in the context of the School is aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of its founding. Therefore, this activity also demonstrates the continuation and inheritance of the tradition of nearly 80 years of building and growing of the School”, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Long emphasized.

The tour also left a deep impression on the hearts of K76 new students. Nguyen Thi Hai Yen, a marketing management student at the school, shared: “I am very honored to participate in this activity right in the first days of school. Through the trip, I felt more clearly the stature of the transport industry, and at the same time saw the school's attention and investment in students.”

Not only is it an opportunity to experience practical knowledge, the tour is also a journey to foster a spirit of solidarity, to foster pride in the University of Transport Technology, and to nurture love for the Fatherland in each student. This is one of the special activities, demonstrating the educational orientation closely linked to practice that not every training institution has the conditions to organize.

With that spreading meaning, the visit to the Exhibition of 80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness has become an exciting opening for the learning and training journey of K76 students, at the same time continuing to affirm the tradition of "Training linked with practice - Research for development" of the University of Transport Technology during nearly 80 years of construction and growth.
