One of the most attention-grabbing moments was the performance of diva Hong Nhung. Returning after a period of fighting cancer, Hong Nhung stirred up the atmosphere with two songs: Tu Van and Pho Co. The event was organized by the Hanoi People's Committee, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, and sponsored by Tri Thuc Magazine - Znews .
