- On the afternoon of April 8, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a meeting to unify the review, arrangement, and termination of the activities of a number of electronic information pages and newsletters of the provincial party and mass organizations. Comrade Nguyen Trong Son, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission chaired the meeting.

Implementing Plan No. 214 dated February 26, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 121 dated January 24, 2025 of the 13th Central Committee on summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Central Committee of the Party "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently", the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission issued an official dispatch to the provincial Party and mass organizations to review, propose to reorganize and terminate the operation of the Provincial Party Committee's electronic information portal and electronic information pages and newsletters.

In recent times, electronic information pages and portals have regularly posted news, articles and documents related to the field of work; regularly updated directive documents of the Central Government and the province; promptly conveyed directives and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State; disseminated and propagated laws and important historical events of the country and the province...; received comments and feedback from the people. Electronic information pages are also channels to provide documents and operational content for the establishments.

However, electronic information sites still have some limitations such as: updating news, articles, activities of agencies, units, and specialized information is not timely; many contents overlap with information posted in local newspapers.

At the meeting, delegates basically agreed with the policy of reviewing and rearranging the activities of a number of electronic information pages and newsletters of provincial party and mass organizations. Some delegates said that the electronic information pages of provincial party agencies should continue to be maintained to promptly inform about the contents and documents of each sector; the electronic information portal of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department should be maintained; it is necessary to continue studying the directives of superiors to come up with a suitable arrangement plan according to the practical situation...

In his concluding remarks at the meeting, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department emphasized that the arrangement and termination of the operation of the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal and electronic information pages and newsletters contributed to creating more convenience for propaganda work, focusing on one focal point in accordance with the current spirit of streamlining, effectiveness and efficiency.

He affirmed that based on the comments at the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission will absorb, continue to research, synthesize, and ensure the most optimal solution; consider and propose to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee two options: ending operations or continuing to apply for operating licenses and integrating the component electronic information pages of the Party committees into the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal; for the electronic information pages of political and social organizations, it will study and consider integrating them into one large page for many component pages...
