According to Decision No. 555-QD/BVHTTDL, the Minister and Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism have the following duties:
Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung : Leads and comprehensively manages all aspects of the ministry's work; directly directs and operates areas such as: strategy, planning, investment in the development of culture, sports, tourism, and press; Party building; internal political protection; anti-corruption; practicing thrift and combating waste.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung directly monitors and directs units such as: Department of Organization and Personnel; Department of Planning and Finance; Department of Legal Affairs and Department of International Cooperation; monitors and directs the working areas of the industry in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh : Directly monitors and directs the following areas: Press, media; radio, television, electronic information; grassroots information and foreign information; research on culture, arts, sports and tourism.
Mr. Le Hai Binh also assists the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Press ; Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information; Department of Grassroots Information and Foreign Information; Ministry Office and public service units (Culture Newspaper; Culture and Arts Magazine; Vietnam Institute of Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism).
At the same time, Mr. Le Hai Binh was assigned to monitor and direct the work of the industry in the provinces and cities of the Northeast and Red River Delta regions. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Minister.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ta Quang Dong : Monitors and directs the following areas: performing arts; cinema; fine arts, photography and exhibitions; State management of literature; administrative reform; national defense and security of the Ministry.
In addition, Mr. Ta Quang Dong is assigned to assist the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Performing Arts, Department of Cinema, Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition. And public service units: National Cinema Center, Vietnam Center for Cultural, Sports and Tourism Cinema, Center for Supporting Literary and Artistic Creation, Vietnam Center for Cultural and Artistic Exhibition, Hanoi Opera House....
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy : Monitors and directs the following areas: Grassroots culture, family, library; Ethnic culture; emulation, rewards and inspection. Assists the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: State management advisory agencies: Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, Department of Culture of Vietnamese Ethnic Groups, Ministry Inspectorate and public service units.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Hoang Dao Cuong : Monitors and directs the following areas: Sports, cultural heritage and museums. Assists the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Sports; Department of Cultural Heritage and public service units.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong : Monitor and direct the following areas: Tourism; copyright; cultural industry; innovation and business development; socialization in the fields of culture, family, physical education, sports and tourism.
Mr. Ho An Phong assists the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: State management advisory agencies, Vietnam National Tourism Administration, Copyright Office and public service units.
Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Phan Tam : Monitor and direct the following areas: Publishing, printing and distribution; training and fostering knowledge of state management of culture, sports and tourism; science, technology and environment; digital transformation.
In addition, Deputy Minister Phan Tam also assists the Minister in monitoring and directing professional work for the following agencies and units: Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment and public service units.
