Hulic Group has a joint venture with Indochina Kajima Company to invest in two ready-built factory projects, Core5 Hung Yen and Core5 Quang Ninh.

Hulic Real Estate Group (Japan), with over 60 years of experience, has just established a joint venture with Indochina Kajima to promote the development of two ready-built factory projects Core5 Hung Yen and Core5 Quang Ninh. This investment transaction affirms the great attraction of Vietnam's economic development potential.

Understanding the need to optimize time and costs of manufacturing enterprises when starting or expanding operations, since 2022, Indochina Kajima has developed ready-built factory and warehouse projects for lease under the Core5 Vietnam industrial real estate brand. These projects are built and operated according to international standards, certified for sustainability under the LEED certification and located in strategic locations between Vietnam's manufacturing and logistics centers such as Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Phong and Vinh Phuc.

Core5 Quang Ninh Project

Core5 Quang Ninh project currently has a 100% occupancy rate, located in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park, 14km from Lach Huyen Port and 20km from Cat Bi International Airport. The project offers more than 69,000 m2 of leasable floor space, with one-storey, one-storey with mezzanine and two-storey pre-built factory blocks.

Core5 Hung Yen project is located in Minh Duc Industrial Park, 40km from Hanoi center and 55km from Noi Bai International Airport, providing more than 63,000 ^m2 of international standard ready-built factory space for lease. After 9 months of operation, Core5 Hung Yen's occupancy rate is approaching the national average of 77%, with a promising list of potential tenants.
