Specifically, for the routes around the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area, on Hoang Hoa Tham Street and Ngoc Ha Street, passenger cars with 16 seats or more (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) are prohibited from operating on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong to Ngoc Ha) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham to Le Hong Phong).
The authorities also diverted traffic for passenger cars with 16 seats or more on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong Street to Ngoc Ha Street) and Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong Street), going in the direction of Mai Xuan Thuong - Hoang Hoa Tham - Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap - Chu Van An - Le Hong Phong - Ngoc Ha - Hoang Hoa Tham. On Le Hong Phong Street, traffic is organized to prohibit cars with more than 16 seats from making a U-turn at the intersection of Ngoc Ha - Le Hong Phong.
In addition, the authorities also arranged parking lots for people and international visitors to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visit the Ba Dinh Historical and Cultural Relic Complex, including: Ho Chi Minh Museum grounds; Botanical Garden grounds; Parking lots at Ngoc Ha slope; Thang Long Imperial Citadel grounds; Parking lots on Yen Phu and Nghi Tam streets; Quan Ngua Stadium grounds; Parking lots on Van Cao street.
Notably, to ensure order, traffic safety and urban order in the area, the Hanoi Department of Construction requested the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command to preside over and coordinate in providing information on delegations of visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (number, type of vehicles, visit time, ...) to the Guard Command, the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board, the Ba Dinh District People's Committee, the Traffic Police Department, the City Police, the Department of Construction Inspectorate and the units operating the above parking lots to coordinate in guiding and directing traffic for vehicles serving the people and international visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visiting the Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relic Complex.
The Hanoi Department of Construction also requested the Traffic Police Department and the City Police to have a plan to arrange forces to guide and regulate traffic for passenger vehicles moving from the pick-up and drop-off locations to the above-mentioned parking locations. At the same time, strengthen patrols and strictly handle violations of stopping, parking vehicles, picking up and dropping off passengers in violation of regulations and acts that cause disorder and traffic safety in the area.
In addition, the Hanoi Department of Construction requested the Department of Tourism, the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Command to send documents to educational institutions in the city, the Department of Education and Training, the Department of Tourism of provinces and cities and travel agencies to guide and direct schools in the area to register for visits to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visit the Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relic Complex; at the same time, provide information on traffic organization, vehicle parking locations to serve people and international visitors to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and visit the Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relic Complex.
