Instructions for using software for cooperative management team

Staff of Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd. guide students to practice using Facefarm production diary software.

On November 19 and 20, 40 trainees, who are managers of cooperatives participating in the 1 million hectare project and commune agricultural extension workers, were instructed by staff of Sorimachi Vietnam Co., Ltd. on how to use accounting software for WACA cooperatives and Facefarm production diary software for Vietnamese agricultural cooperatives.

Each student is provided with an account on the corresponding software, practicing operations such as recording production logs, planning production, locating production areas using Google's available maps, creating QR codes to print stamps, product packaging, accounting for production costs for each crop; calculating product cost; managing agricultural product inventory sales; supporting tax declaration.

In Kien Giang province, Sorimachi Vietnam Limited Liability Company selected Phu Hoa Youth Agricultural Service Cooperative, Tan Hiep district and Thanh An Shrimp, Crab and Rice Cooperative, An Minh district to pilot the application of this software in cooperative production management.

This is one of the communication activities to enhance the capacity of cooperatives participating in the 1 million hectares of high-quality rice project. Through the transfer of knowledge and application of digital technology software in production management, cooperatives will master and confidently apply it to actual production management at the cooperative.
