Local government representatives came to offer condolences to the victim's family. |
Accordingly, at around 1:00 p.m. on October 13, Mr. Dang Van Be (born in 1972, in group 10, Thuy Chau ward) brought a net to Ong Tron's field (located in a residential area in group 7, Thuy Luong ward) to catch fish.
At around 5:30 p.m. the same day, the family saw that he had not returned yet so they split up to look for him. When everyone arrived in front of house number 83 Van Duong street, they saw a pair of sandals and some of Mr. Be's fishing nets left on the shore but no one was to be seen.
