According to information from the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), the design plan for the exhibition space is being finalized. The entire indoor and outdoor space of the National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh, Hanoi) will be used in three main areas.
The first section is the general exhibition area at Kim Quy Exhibition House, designed in a circular, dome-shaped shape with a radial layout. In the center is a space that recreates historical milestones, major events, and outstanding achievements of the country under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam through the periods with the theme "95 years of the Party flag lighting the way". Surrounding it are nine large halls, of which the main hall is managed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, displaying the content "Vietnam-Country-People".
Halls 1 and 8 are the exhibition spaces of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the National Assembly Office, the Central Party Office, and ministries, departments, and branches... with the theme "Creating for development".
Hall 2 displays the achievements of state-owned enterprises with the theme "Economic Locomotives".
Halls 3 and 4 have the theme "Start-up and nation building", honoring typical private enterprises and national brand enterprises.
Halls 5, 6, 7 are exhibition spaces of 34 provinces and centrally-run cities with the theme "Rich provinces, strong country".
The second section is the outdoor exhibition area including the East, West, South, and North courtyards.
The East Court (41,000m²) has the theme "National Festival" including exhibitions, fairs, cuisine, and experiences registered by agencies, units, and localities.
The West Court (23,000m²) includes two themes: “Aspiration for the sky” displaying aerospace products, flight paths, aircraft models, satellites and the theme “For a green future” is a space for businesses in the fields of energy industry, environmental technology, etc.
The South Stadium (45,000m²) is managed by the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security with the theme "Sword and Shield".
North Court (46,000m²) is a performing arts space.
The third area is the exhibition hall block A with two floors, each floor is 13,000m² displaying Vietnamese cultural industries, art exchange area and experiential activities.
Deputy Director of the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions Nguyen Hang Nga said that up to now, the allocation of space for units has been basically completed; the budget estimates have been compiled and sent to the Ministry of Finance for appraisal, reported to the Prime Minister, and at the same time, the budget estimates have been built for the organization and propaganda items under the Ministry's responsibility.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism also held a meeting to deploy tasks with subcommittees and the permanent department of the exhibition organizing committee. The next meeting is scheduled to take place on July 21 to review and give opinions on the exhibition plans of the localities.
At the same time, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is developing a plan to organize the opening and closing ceremonies of the exhibition, design a common identity, entrance gate, signboard system, billboards, LED screens within the exhibition area and the theme space "Vietnam-Country-People" at the general exhibition area and exhibition hall block A.
The Ministry also developed a plan to coordinate with agencies and units to organize information and propaganda about the exhibition; design and arrange a press center and assign communication tasks to press agencies to widely spread the meaning of the exhibition.
