Nho Quan District Youth Union launched the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign

On the morning of June 6, at Quynh Luu Museum, Nho Quan District Youth Union organized the launching ceremony of the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.

2024 marks the 25th anniversary of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign. Since then, the campaign has become an important factor and a highlight in the annual youth movement, affirming the strong influence of the volunteer movement in social life, contributing to creating good values for the community.

In this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, Nho Quan District Youth Union continues to implement key contents including the program "Supporting the exam season" and 4 campaigns: "Green Summer", "Red Flamboyant", "Pink Vacation" and "Green March"; the activities are aimed at the grassroots, difficult areas and closely follow the characteristics, learning, working and working conditions of youth groups. Through the activities in the campaign, Nho Quan youth have more vivid practical environments to learn, experience, practice, contribute and mature.

At the program, the District Youth Union coordinated with sponsors to present 10 gifts to disadvantaged students in Quynh Luu commune; presented 10 trash bins to the Village Cultural Houses of Quynh Luu commune; presented support signs from the District Youth Union and the District Support and Development Program Management Board to 3 project communes (Cuc Phuong, Ky Phu, Thach Binh).

Next is a series of activities responding to the campaign such as: inauguration of the red address digitization project at the Tomb of Comrade Luong Van Thang (Lu Phong village, Quynh Luu commune); inauguration of the project "Lighting up the countryside road", "Mural route" in Xanh village, Quynh Luu commune; planting trees on the road of Xuan Que village, Quynh Luu commune; cleaning the environment of some historical and cultural relics in Quynh Luu commune...
