The ceremony was honored to welcome the leaders of the District Party Committee, District People's Committee, District Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, representatives of district-level agencies, departments and branches and leaders of Tan Hoi commune, along with Venerable monks, Venerable monks, abbots of monasteries in and outside the district and a large number of Buddhists.

The Grand Ceremony took place according to traditional Buddhist rituals, starting with the chanting of Buddha's name to pray for blessings, saluting the national and religious flags. This was followed by special performances, respectfully presented by local Buddhists, offering offerings on Buddha's birthday.

The highlight of the ceremony was the reading of the Buddha's Birthday Message of Buddhist calendar 2569 - Gregorian calendar 2025 by the Supreme Patriarch of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, sending meaningful teachings on the spirit of compassion, joy, forgiveness and harmony to all monks, nuns, Buddhists and compatriots.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Minh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district acknowledged and highly appreciated the great contributions of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the district, dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists in the past time. He emphasized: "The Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of the district, dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists in the district have always promoted the tradition of solidarity, organized and achieved many good results in carrying out Buddhist and worldly affairs, and have made many contributions to the socio -economic development of the locality".

He also praised the district's Buddhism's active response to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, especially the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".

At the end of the ceremony, delegates, monks and Buddhists together performed the incense offering ceremony, Buddha's birthday offerings and solemn Buddha bathing, expressing their respect and gratitude to the Buddha.
