Summary of "Digital transformation program for the library industry to 2025, orientation to 2030"

VHO - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just developed a preliminary plan for the "Digital Transformation Program for the Library Sector to 2025, with a vision to 2030". The conference is scheduled to take place in December 2025 in Da Nang City.

Training on digital transformation in the library sector has been focused on by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in recent times.

Accordingly, the Conference will clarify and evaluate the implementation of directive documents, advisory work, and coordination in implementing the Program for the 2021-2025 period; evaluate the results of 5 years of implementing the Program, the level of implementation of the set targets; the application of new technologies (AI, Blockchain, Big Data...) in library activities; the implementation of specific projects, plans, and tasks approved in the Program...

At the same time, recognize the shortcomings, limitations, difficulties, and obstacles to draw lessons; propose specific solutions and initiatives to overcome and remove obstacles, helping to improve the quality and effectiveness of Program implementation.
