Ea Kar District agrees on the method of handing over the land for the Khanh Hoa

Ea Kar District People's Committee said that the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project passes through Ea Kar District with a total length of 13.5 km, the area cleared for construction of the entire route is about 104 hectares.

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, Ea Kar district has coordinated with relevant agencies and units to conduct propaganda, mobilization, and site clearance to hand over the compensated and supported sites to investors before June 30, 2023 with the site volume of over 70%.

Up to now, Ea Kar district has implemented the committed progress of site clearance and agreed on the time, method and volume of handover with the investors.

Specifically, for Component Project 2 (Party 6, Ministry of Transport as the investor), it was agreed to hand over 2 phases including: phase 1 handover of the site area of 10.9 hectares on June 16, 2023, phase 2 handover of the site area of 9.6 hectares on June 22, 2023.

For Component Project 3 (Provincial Traffic Construction Investment and Rural Development Project Management Board is the investor), it is agreed to hand over 5 phases including: phase 1 handover of the site area of 4.3 hectares on June 16, 2023, phase 2 handover of the site area of 21.2 hectares on June 20, 2023, phase 3 handover of the site area of 24 hectares on June 25, 2023, phase 4 handover of the site area of 17 hectares from June 28 to June 30, 2023, the final phase handover of the site area of 17.19 hectares on July 30, 2023.

After receiving the handover, the investors are responsible for presiding over and coordinating with the People's Committees of the communes and Ea Kar Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. to manage the site, not to allow re-encroachment. If any problems arise beyond their authority, they must promptly report to the District People's Committee for coordination and resolution. At the same time, before starting construction, the investors are responsible for making plans for progress, time, human resources, means of construction, etc., and reporting to the Ea Kar District People's Committee 7 days in advance so that the District People's Committee can direct the coordination of relevant parties and ensure security and order.
