Phuc Tho district auctions 39 land plots with starting price from 19.8 million VND/m2

On the morning of August 29, the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district (Hanoi) organized an auction of land use rights for 30 plots of land in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune (Phuc Tho, Hanoi) and 9 plots of land in Dong Phuong area, Tho Loc commune (Phuc Tho, Hanoi).

Accordingly, each plot of land in Doc Tranh area, Trach My Loc commune has an area ranging from 96 to nearly 149 square meters.

With a starting price of 23.4 million VND/m2, the equivalent deposit that auction participants must pay will be from 450 million to nearly 700 million VND/plot.

With 9 plots of land in Dong Phuong area, Tho Loc commune has a relatively large area of ​​nearly 235m2. The starting price of these plots is 19.8 million VND/m2, equivalent to a deposit of nearly 535 million VND/plot.

According to the representative of the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district, the auction will be organized by secret ballot for each plot of land. The time for deposit payment is from August 26 to 8:00 a.m. on August 28; the auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on August 29, 2024.

According to Nguoi Dua Tin , from around 7:30 a.m. on August 29, many people participating in the auction came to the location to complete the procedures.

According to a representative of the Land Fund Development Center of Phuc Tho district, the district received a total of 650 valid registration dossiers to participate in the auction and more than 350 people came to participate in the live auction.

At exactly 8:30 a.m., auctioneer Nguyen Thi Thu Giang - representative of Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company - announced the auction rules to all auction participants.

Then at 9:00, the auction company began to distribute ballots to the auction participants to prepare for the auction to begin. By 9:20, the voting was completed and the auction company began to count the ballots.

Previously, on July 31, 2024, the People's Committee of Phuc Tho district issued Decision No. 3955 approving the starting price for land use rights auction for 151 land plots in 3 communes: Trach My Loc, Tho Loc and Xuan Dinh.

According to the announcement, in addition to the mandatory criteria, the units participating in the auction organization will have to go through the scoring step (minimum 85 points). In which, the main requirements are: Ensuring facilities, auction plan, capacity and reputation, auction experience...
