T&T Group started construction of 50-hectare ecological urban area in Ha Tinh

On October 10, in Ha Tinh, T&T Group cooperated with the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Nam Cau Phu Urban, Commercial and Service Area and Eco-Villa project - a new symbolic project expected to contribute to shaping the modern, green and sustainable urban appearance of Lam Hong land.

The project has a scale of nearly 50 hectares, approved by the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the results of investor selection in Decision No. 1697/QD-UBND dated May 6, 2020 and signed Implementation Contract No. 02/2020/HD-DTDA dated September 21, 2020.

Located in Cam Binh commune, Nam Cau Phu urban, commercial and service area and eco-villa is located on National Highway 1A, directly connected to the North-South expressway, coastal road and Vung Ang deep-water port, creating an important trading center of the North Central region.

When completed, the project will become a livable urban area, harmoniously combining green space and landscape along Rao Cai river, creating a modern and sustainable urban appearance for the locality.
