Condolences on the losses caused by floods and landslides in Indonesia

Vietnamese leaders have sent condolences after hearing of severe flooding and landslides in many areas on Indonesia's Sumatra island.

On November 30, 2025, upon hearing of the unusual natural disaster causing severe flooding and landslides in many areas on Indonesia's Sumatra island, leaving hundreds of people dead and missing, President Luong Cuong and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent condolences to President Prabowo Subianto.

On the same day, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung sent a message of condolences to Foreign Minister Sugiono.
