During the exchange between Gilberto Silva and the media and Arsenal fans, Tuoi Tre Online asked: What position do you think the "gunners" will finish in the Premier League next season, will they have at least 1 Championship Cup?

Silva said: "Arsenal are in Hong Kong and playing three friendly matches there. Next week, they will participate in the Emirates Cup before entering the new season. After that, Arsenal will compete in the Premier League, FA Cup, Champions League and Carabao Cup. I am very optimistic that this will be a great season for Arsenal."

"I'm looking forward to the start of the season, seeing the new players like Martín Zubimendi, Jokic, Christian Norgaard, Noni Madueke, Viktor Gyokeres and others. I think everyone is very excited to see them play. Of course, I hope that Arsenal will eventually win the aforementioned competitions, which everyone is waiting for," Silva continued.

When asked about any advice for young Vietnamese players to be able to reach the top, Gilberto Silva said that the important thing is love for the ball, hard work, effort, discipline and focus.

Silva said: "When I was a kid, one of the things I really enjoyed was playing football in the streets, and at school with my friends. Wherever I had the chance, I wanted to play football. Sometimes when there was no proper ball, we made our own to play. I hope that the kids in the future will be as creative in the way they train and play football. Because that's part of life and how we grow up."

"As you know, anything we want to do in life is very difficult, you have to work hard. The first thing to remember is to put in your best effort, nothing comes naturally. You have to be disciplined and focused on what you want to do, what you want to achieve.

If I don't achieve my dream of becoming a professional player or a successful athlete, I can still become a successful person because I have learned a lot and have enough skills to do good things outside of sports ," Silva concluded.

Silva (48 years old), played for Arsenal from 2002 to 2008 , played 170 matches, scored 17 goals and won 6 major and minor championships with the "gunners". Silva was the heart of Arsenal during the undefeated season of 2003-2004. Playing for the Brazilian national team, Silva and the yellow-green team won the 2002 World Cup.

Silva was in Vietnam to participate in the "Dirty Fortress" event organized by OMO, within the framework of the 2025 summer campaign, which attracted a large number of fans. This event brought an experiential space combining sports, music and modern lifestyle. Besides Gilberto Silva, the program also featured a series of prominent artists such as SOOBIN, Phuong My Chi, RHYDER, Obito... along with vibrant music performances.
