According to the school leaders, Tay Ninh Hoa commune is the locality where the school's unit is stationed, therefore, in recent times, officers, soldiers, students and lecturers have always had a close bond with the people and local authorities. The Green March volunteer campaign is an annual activity of the Information Officer School with the desire to participate in supporting the government and people, especially in places with many difficulties in socio -economic conditions. From there, officers and students have the opportunity to meet, share, help people, and join hands in building new rural areas. “For the communications troops, the information bloodline is always closely linked to the activities of the people. Therefore, for the communications troops to successfully complete their tasks, the help of the people is extremely important. Therefore, in addition to the educational and training tasks, the school pays great attention to organizing mass mobilization activities, creating favorable conditions for students to practice in practice, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to participate in mass mobilization work; strengthening the solidarity and close relationship with the people in the stationed area, as a basis for applying and successfully completing all assigned tasks in each working position after graduating from the school” - Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan said.

After more than a week, the activities in the Green March campaign of the Information Officer School ended with many good impressions and feelings for the local people. Ms. Huynh Thi Hoang Nhi - Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, concurrently Secretary of the Youth Union of Tay Ninh Hoa commune shared: "The activities of the youth of the Information Officer School have brought very meaningful and practical values to the people, especially helping the ethnic minorities of the commune to improve their lives and awareness. In the coming time, the Youth Union of Tay Ninh Hoa commune will continue to well implement coordination activities, contributing to further improving the people's lives, thereby increasingly tightening the military-civilian solidarity between the school and the locality".
