At the ongoing Gaikindo Indonesia 2023 (GIIAS 2023) exhibition, Hyundai officially launched the Stargazer X to customers in the Southeast Asian region. This low-slung SUV will compete with the Honda BR-V, Mitsubishi Xpander Cross and Toyota Rush. The car's design, as expected, has many elements that emphasize a more rugged and masculine character. The wide radiator is now more prominent thanks to the contrasting interwoven silver trim on a dark background. The horizontal LED light bar resembles the Staria and the silver front bumper clearly defines the upper and lower boundaries of the front of the car.

At the side of the car, the wheel arches now have black plastic panels connected by a black strip running parallel to the bottom edge of the door sill. The 17-inch rims have a two-tone flower pattern with 205/55 Goodyear tires. The ceiling has a ceiling-mounted luggage rack. The rear of the car remains the same except for the rear bumper that has been changed to a larger dark interface, integrated with a silver strip inside, and a ceiling-mounted spoiler appearing above. The interior of the Hyundai Stargazer X displayed at GIIAS has red stitching with a unique pattern appearing on the back of the seat. High-end Bose speakers appear on the highest Prime version. The rest of the equipment and design of this area is identical to the original MPV.

Similarly, the powertrain of the Hyundai Stargazer X remains the same, still using a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine with a capacity of 113 horsepower and 144 Nm of torque. The drivetrain is a front-wheel drive type with a CVT gearbox. In Indonesia, the selling price of the Hyundai Stargazer X starts at 325.6 million rupiah for the Style version, equivalent to 515 million VND, and 336.2 million rupiah for the Prime version, equivalent to 531 million VND.
